There is no specific age limit for participants, but guests with toddlers must have safety seats. Those with asthma or severe heart conditions may be advised to opt for enclosed vehicles due to dusty dirt roads and high summer temperatures exceeding 100°F in the valley.

We can accommodate visitors with disabilities, including those in wheelchairs who must use enclosed vehicles for transport.

Guests should bring extra water, a hat, sunscreen, and wear appropriate closed-toe shoes. Sandals or open-toe shoes are not permitted.

Weather conditions can occasionally impact our tours, and in such cases, the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priorities. Tours affected by weather can be refunded or rescheduled.

Guests can expect limited cell phone and Wi-Fi service during the tour. However, they are more likely to have access to cell phone service or Wi-Fi before and after the tour, when they’re at the meeting point.

Additionally, permission is required for photographing local families or their property, ensuring respect for their privacy and cultural traditions. As for tips, we recommend embracing the morning or late afternoon light for the most captivating shots and taking advantage of the unique perspectives offered by the valley’s dramatic formations.
